The Tamilaga Vetri kazhagam ( TVK ) convention, which has created great expectations among the people and political parties of Tamil Nadu, will be held today. 27th at V. Road, Vikravandi in Villupuram District. Devotees from different parts of the State had gathered in Vikravandi to participate in the convention. The flag of the Tamilaga Vetri kazhagam was hoisted by party leader Vijay through remote at the 100 feet flagpole set up at the convention venue. Later, a welcome song Tamil Thaai vazhththu was sung in Tamil. This was followed by the release of the Tamilaga Vetri kazhagam policy song.
Reforms under ( Tamilaga Vetri kazhagam ) TVK's Action Plan :
1). There should be no political interference from the government and the private sector in any form.
2). Caste, religious and gender biases will be the guiding principles of governance.
3). Government administration has always been progressive, politically oriented, multi-faceted, and rules of conduct for other members of the legislature and ministers have been laid down and codified.
4). A Secretariat branch will be set up in Madurai on the lines of the High Court branch for easy access to the government.
The social justice :
1). Sum social justice, secularism, principles will be implemented.tvk.family
2). Symmetric principles of varnashrama, which are against the principle of equality of religion and social justice in any way, will be completely opposed.
3). A caste-wise census will be conducted and equal proportion of seats will be allotted to all.
4). More attention will be paid to the progress of the people belonging to the backward classes who have so far been excluded, along with the progress of the tribal people who have provided a safe and fraternal environment to the minorities of caste, religion and language.
The Language Policy :
1). Tamil & English are the two official languages of Our Tamil Nadu.
2). Adequate funds will be allocated to carry out excavations in and around Keeladi and Kondagai and priority will be given to uncover the Vaigai river civilization of the ancient Tamils to the world.
3). Stringent steps will be taken to ensure that the courts in Tamil Nadu adopt Tamil as the language of litigation.
4). It will be ensured that research education can be taught in Tamil language and Tamil language education will be given top priority in government employment.
The Rights of the State :
1). According to the principle of state autonomy, there will be pressure to transfer education to the state list, as in the case of medicine.
2). Questions have been raised whether the post of governor is necessary as the functioning of governors in opposition-ruled states is unconstitutional. It will be urged to remove the post of Governor which hurts the self-respect of the state governments.
The welfare of women :
1). At least one third of the seats in Tamil Nadu must be reserved for qualified women. Gradually, 50 per cent of the seats will be reserved for women.
2). Women will have equal rights & place as men in all fields .
3). A separate department will be created for the protection of women, children and the elderly.
4). Separate offices for women will be set up in each district.
Rationality and Untouchability :
1). Unscientific thoughts that are harmful to the physical and mental health leading to the destruction of the human race will be completely rejected.

Education :
1). A Kamaraj Model Government School with state-of-the-art facilities will be set up in each district.
2). The quality of higher education and research will be enhanced.
3). Separate boards will be set up for the information technology sector.

Medicine :
1). Steps will be taken to set up multi-purpose hospitals at the district level.
2). All primary health centres will be upgraded and adequate testing facilities will be created.
3). Special hospitals will be established in every district for serious diseases like cancer.
Agriculture :
1). A scientific method will be adopted to bridge the gap between the selling price of the farmer and the purchasing power of the consumer.
2). Steps will be taken to use earthen pots prepared by potters in government restaurants and hostels to improve the livelihood of potters.
3). In the same way, the encroached mangroves and agricultural lands will be restored.
4). New tanks and reservoirs with official capacity will be set up across Tamil Nadu.
5). The traditional labour of Tamils will be promoted in the palm industry.
6). Pure Milk will also be provided. Patha neer will be declared as the state drink.
7). Government employees will be ordered to wear handloom clothes twice a week to enhance the livelihood of weavers.
8). Steps will be taken to procure uniforms for school students, medical staff and sanitation workers directly from the weavers.
Protection of the environment :
1). In Tamil Nadu, the Special Protection Act will be implemented to prevent sand robbery and loot of mineral resources.
2). Zone-wise sub-cities will be developed through zone-wise area-wise decentralization of development so that other areas can be developed to reduce the population in urban and semi-urban cities.
3). The industries will follow the appropriate rules and monitor that their waste does not exceed the permissible levels.tvk.family
4). Since the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, which is in charge, has become defunct, the system will now be restructured.
5). The forest cover will be increased to protect wildlife, birds and endangered rare species.
6). An anti-drug law will be introduced. Accordingly, the action plan was announced.
Tvk manaadu Staff :
More than 100 doctors and medical staff will be deployed to provide emergency medical services to the delegates. More than 10000 volunteers, volunteers and personnel from private companies will be used for the conference work. Apart from this, arrangements have also been made to supply water within a radius of about 10 km in the areas surrounding the convention.
